I am a qualified Level 3 Sport Massage Therapist, fully insured, and currently studying for Level 4.
My goal is to provide relief, whether it be through a full body maintenance massage, or through a targeted treatment, using a variety of massage techniques such as hot stones, dry cupping, assisted stretches or kinesiology taping.
